LWG and Niebur Development Enter Into Agreement for Re-Development Project “Trolley Block” in Colorado Springs
Announcement for Release on: December 29th, 2020 GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO – Leeds West Property Group, a division of Leeds West Groups (LWG), has officially closed on a 50 – 50 Joint Venture alongside Colorado Springs based Niebur Development on the Trolley Block Project in the historic downtown area of Colorado Springs, Colorado.
The historic Trolley Building, which once served as a repair shop and garage for the city’s trolley system, has been converted into a market style concept collective taking shape in the 500 block of South Tejon Street. Tenants include the trifecta of Atomic Cowboy concepts of Denver Biscuit Co., Fat Sully’s Pizza, and Frozen Gold Ice Cream, Dos Santos Tacos, and Cork & Cask. The Trolley Block project represents the first major investment in the redevelopment of downtown Colorado Springs headlined by Niebur Development.
Leeds West Property Group will close on the deal effective December 29th, 2020. The purchase price and deal terms are not being disclosed at this time.
