LWG Acquires Real Estate in Overland Park KS for Future Midas Location
Announcement for Release on: January 15th, 2021 GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO –Leeds West Groups (LWG) is proud to announce the acquisition of its latest automotive repair real estate location in Overland Park, Kansas, a suburb of Kansas City. LWG will officially purchase the real estate on 8665 151st Street. At the expiration of the current lease, LWG’s automotive division will rebrand the location to a Midas Auto Service Experts and expect to open the rebranded location sometime in February 2021.
This acquisition will mark LWG’s 12th location in the State of Kansas. The location will be under the district management of Zach McEntire based out of the Kansas / Missouri Midas region in the ASE Division, under ASE Division Chief Operating Officer Alan Mahrt and under LWG Automotive Division of Derek Wessels.
LWG’s Midas footprint is now 82 locations nationally, with a total of 110 locations across all brands and 1000+ team members. Additionally, this capital investment into LWG Real Estate marks the 37th transaction within the last twenty months. This property was purchased from Lift Line Partners, LLC. The purchase price and deal terms are not being disclosed at this time.
