LWG Secures Real Estate at MI Midas Location
Announcement for Release on: December 18th, 2020 GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO – Leeds West Groups (LWG) has acquired the real estate of existing Midas location at 2054 M-139 in Benton Harbor, Michigan. LWG has officially purchased the real estate effective Friday, December 18th, 2020. LWG has operated this location since the winter of 2015.
This capital investment into LWG Real Estate marks the 36th real estate transaction within the last eighteen months. This property was purchased from Bradlee Properties, LLC, owned by Brad Emberton. Mr. Emberton was the franchisee to operate this location prior to selling to Midas International, which was then part of LWG’s 2015 acquisition of Midas company owned locations. The purchase price and deal terms are not being disclosed at this time.
