LWG Expands CO Midas Footprint With Firestone Location Acquisition
Announcement for Release on: November 12th, 2021 GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO – Leeds West Groups (LWG) is proud to announce the acquisition of its latest automotive repair business and real estate location in Firestone, Colorado, a city north of Denver. LWG will officially purchase the business and real estate of 8100 Colorado Boulevard Firestone, CO 80504 on November 12th, 2021. The location was previously owned by Linda Murchison.
This acquisition will mark LWG’s 21st location in the State of Colorado. The location will be under the President of LWG Automotive Division and LWG Chief Operating Officer Derek Wessels.
This location will be the 115th location nationally across all brands, with a total of 1000+ team members. Additionally, this capital investment into LWG Real Estate marks the 43rd transaction within the last twenty-four months. This property was purchased from Tri-Town Automotive, LLC. The purchase price and deal terms are not being disclosed at this time.
