LWG Acquires Future Development Site in Firestone, Colorado

Announcement for Release on: December 10th, 2021 GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO – Leeds West Groups (LWG) announces that they have officially acquired a real estate parcel in Firestone, Colorado for future development purposes. This real estate location is within the Colorado Enterprise Zone, a highly developing area of Weld County, just north of Denver. The lot is located on the corner of Colorado Boulevard and Godding Hollow Parkway. The future development plans are expected to be released in 2022.

This capital investment into LWG Real Estate marks the 44th transaction within the last twenty-four months. The purchase price and deal terms are not being disclosed at this time.
