LWG Expands Big O Tires Holdings Into The Oklahoma Market with Purchase of MFA Oil Oklahoma Locations

Announcement for Release on: February 1st, 2021 GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO – Leeds West Groups (LWG) is proud to announce the acquisition of three Big O Tires locations in Mustang, OK, Norman, OK, and Enid, OK from MFA Oil. LWG will additionally be acquiring the real estate from MFA at the Norman, OK location. MFA is a co-op based out of Columbia, Missouri and is the second largest owner of Big O Tires locations nationally behind LWG. MFA has been operating these locations as a franchisee of Big O Tires since 2015. LWG will assume operations and ownership effective February 1st, 2021.

This acquisition now marks the 6th State that LWG’s Big O Tires Division operates in, 18th State across all 3 brands nationally, and 22nd store addition specifically within the Big O Tires brand in the last 20 months by LWG.

LWG is the largest franchisee operator of the Big O Tires brand nationally with 31 stores across 6 States. LWG now operates a total of 113 locations collectively under all 3 brands across 18 States with 1000+ team members. The purchase price and deal terms are not being disclosed at this time.
