LWG Announces 13th Store In The State of Iowa With New Big O Tires Location In Ames

Announcement for Release on: November 9th, 2022 Ames, Iowa  – Leeds West Groups (LWG), a Greenwood Village, Colo. based real estate and equity placement group who acquires, owns, and manages national automotive repair franchise brands, announced today they have signed a lease and will convert the automotive center at 208 Lincoln Way in Ames, Iowa, into a Big O Tires location.

LWG acquired three Big O Tires locations in this market on August 15th, 2022. This location will take this DMA to four Big O Tires locations within the first hundred days. This addition will be LWG’s 9th location in the Des Moines DMA, which includes five Midas locations, and 13 total in the state of Iowa. The store is expected to open in Q1 of 2023.

This Big O Tires deal takes LWG’s total automotive retail locations to 122 units, with 39 Big O Tires and 83 Midas locations across eighteen states.
