LWG Acquires Real Estate of Tires Plus Location in Arvada, CO for Future Rebranding
Announcement for Release on: September 14th, 2020 GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO – Leeds West Groups (LWG) is proud to announce the acquisition of its latest automotive repair real estate location in Arvada, Colorado. LWG has purchased the real estate on 5325 Olde Wadsworth Boulevard, Arvada, CO, which is currently occupied by Tires Plus. At the expiration of the current lease, LWG’s automotive division will rebrand the location to Midas Auto Service Experts, and expect to open the rebranded location in December of 2020.
This acquisition will mark LWG’s 17th location in the State of Colorado, and 3rd location in the City of Arvada. The location will be under the District Management of Mindy Chavez based out of the Denver, CO Midas region in the LW Division, and under LWG Chief Operating Officer Derek Wessels.

LWG’s Midas footprint is now 80 locations nationally, with a total of 106 locations across all brands and 1000+ team members. Additionally, this capital investment into LWG Automotive Division Real Estate marks the 15th transaction within the last twenty four months.
The location will offer the full brand of Midas services. The financial terms of the deal are not being disclosed.
