LEEDS WEST GROUPS ANNOUNCES REAL ESTATE PURCHASE OF MIDAS IN PEORIA, IL

Announcement for Release on: January 12, 2024  – Leeds West Groups (LWG), a Greenwood Village, CO based real estate and equity placement group who acquires, owns, and manages national automotive repair franchise brands, announced today they have purchased the real estate for a Midas location in Peoria, IL located at 2306 W. Glen.

This is the first real estate acquisition in IL for LWG’s real estate portfolio.
