Mr. Judd Kyle Shader is the founder of Leeds West Groups (LWG) along with LWG’s active and current Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Shader is a Board of Directors Member of LWG and present Managing Member of all LWG entities. Mr. Shader is additionally active across various automotive industry boards and organizations.
Mr. Shader founded LWG in 2009. In 2011 Mr. Shader expanded the company with the addition of the Big O Tires brand and locations into the portfolio. By 2012, Mr. Shader had built the company’s portfolio to include three unique automotive national brands and concepts all master-franchised by TBC Corporation, a sub-entity of Sumitomo Corporation – making LWG the only group to hold and operate these three unique automotive brands. In 2012, Mr. Shader launched LWG Realty Group along with overseeing the company’s expansion into outside investments.
Mr. Shader is responsible for the largest acquisition in the history of the aftermarket brand Midas Automotive Experts, with the addition of 30 locations in 9 new states officially retiring TBC Corporation’s Midas International from the company-owned store business.
Then in 2017, Mr. Shader announced the next largest Midas acquisition in the brand’s history with the purchase of the ASE Midas Group, a 61-year-old ESOP organization a Top 25 Automotive Aftermarket Group, based out of Davenport, IA with 42 Midas locations across 6 Midwest States.
Mr. Shader continues to oversee the LWG umbrella as Chief Executive Officer, focusing on outside investment opportunities, growth within the company’s current divisions and management teams.
Mr. Shader was named Chairman of Atomic Provisions June of 2021 and their five restaurant concepts (Atomic Cowboy, Denver Biscuit Company, Fat Sully’s Pizza, Frozen Gold, and Lights Out Burger’s).
Mr. Shader is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder. He currently resides in Denver, CO.
