Leeds West Groups (LWG), a Greenwood Village, CO based investment fund that acquires, owns, and manages national automotive repair franchise brands, announced today the purchase of the real estate for the Big O Tires location at 1770 S Havana Street, Aurora, CO.

LWG has operated this location since January 1, 2024. This acquisition marks LWG’s tenth real estate purchase in Colorado, further strengthening the company’s strategic investment in the region and reinforcing its continued commitment to expanding high-quality automotive service offerings throughout the state.
