Leeds West Groups (LWG), a Greenwood Village, CO based investment fund that acquires, owns, and manages national automotive repair franchise brands, announced today the real estate purchase today for the Midas located at 3230 1st Avenue in Cedar Rapids, IA.

This marks the seventh real estate acquisition in IA for LWG’s real estate portfolio.
