The newly acquired site will be developed into a future Big O Tires location, expected to open later this year.

This acquisition marks LWG’s ninth real estate purchase in Iowa, further strengthening the company’s strategic investment in the region and reinforcing its continued commitment to expanding high-quality automotive service offerings throughout the Midwest.
