LWG has officially acquired the real estate of this location effective March 31st, 2022.
This capital investment into LWG Real Estate Division marks the 49th transaction of its type within the last twenty-four months. This property was purchased from SJM Realty, Inc. The purchase price and deal terms are not being disclosed at this time.
