LWG Expands Into the Colorado Springs, CO Market
Announcement for Release on: December 4th, 2020 GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO – Leeds West Groups (LWG) is proud to announce the acquisition of two Big O Tires locations in Colorado Springs, Colorado and Monument, Colorado from Lone Star Investments, LLC owned by Tony J. Porras. Mr. Porras built and founded both locations twenty years ago as a franchisee of Big O Tires. LWG will assume operations and ownership effective on December 6th, 2020.
LWG now operates 11 Big O Tires locations and 18 stores in the State of Colorado. Big O Tires Colorado Springs and Monument will be under the district management of Trey Good based out of the Big O Tires Colorado market, and under Vice President of LW Big O Tires James Gould and LWG Chief Operating Officer Derek Wessels.
With the addition of these two locations, LWG’s Big O Tires store holdings increases to 28 locations in the Big O Tires brand specifically across Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky, and Ohio, with 109 locations nationwide, and 1000+ team members collectively across 18 States.

This acquisition now marks LWG’s 23rd store addition in their automotive division within the last 18 months. The purchase price and deal terms are not being disclosed at this time.
