LWG Acquires Midas Real Estate & Location in Norman, Oklahoma
Announcement for Release on: November 6th, 2020 GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO – Leeds West Groups (LWG) is proud to announce the acquisition of the real estate and its newest Midas aftermarket automotive repair location in Norman, OK. LWG will assume operations and ownership effective on November 6th, 2020.
LWG now operates 6 Midas locations in the State of Oklahoma. Midas Norman will be under the district management of Steve Cascio based out of the Midas Oklahoma market in the ASE Division, and under ASE Chief Operating Officer Alan Mahrt and LWG Chief Operating Officer Derek Wessels in the LWG aftermarket automotive repair franchise group.
With the addition of this location, LWG’s Midas store holdings increases to 81 locations in the Midas brand specifically, with 107 locations nationwide, and 1000+ team members collectively.

This acquisition now marks LWG’s 35th real estate purchase and 21st store addition in their automotive division within the last 24 months. The purchase price and deal terms are not being disclosed at this time.
