Mr. Benjamin M. Lefkowitz is the co-founder of Riverwood Properties, LLC a commercial real estate firm based in Atlanta, GA and founded in 1999. Riverwood Properties specializes in development, management and leasing of shopping centers located throughout the Southeast. Mr. Lefkowitz’ responsibilities include property acquisition and disposition, property management, raising of equity and debt capital, and investor relations.

Mr. Lefkowitz’s career includes real estate finance management at NCNB (now Bank of America) and Westinghouse Credit Corporation, along with the development and financing of retail centers, apartment complexes and single family developments beginning in 1993.

Mr. Lefkowitz is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, additionally holding an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He currently resides in Atlanta, GA.
