Mr. Judd Kyle Shader is the founder of Leeds West Groups (LWG) along with LWG’s current Executive Chairman Board of Directors. Prior to this from 2009 Mr. Shader was the Chief Executive Officer and a Board of Directors Member until January 1, 2023 as Derek Wessels was named current CEO.

Mr. Shader founded LWG in 2009 building the company’s portfolio to include three unique automotive national brands and concepts all master-franchised by TBC Corporation, a sub-entity of Sumitomo Corporation – making LWG the only group to hold and operate these three unique automotive brands. Also during this time span making LWG one of the ten largest aftermarket repair automotive groups in the United States. In 2012, launching LWG Realty Group along with overseeing the company’s expansion into outside investments.

He continues now in his current capacity overseeing the LWG Board of Directors as Executive Chairman focusing on investment opportunities, growth within the company’s current divisions and management teams. Mr. Shader was named Chairman of Atomic Provisions June of 2021 and their five restaurant concepts (Atomic Cowboy, Denver Biscuit Company, Fat Sully’s Pizza, Frozen Gold, and Lights Out Burger’s). He is also the Managing Member of Leeds West Capital Group what is an independent investment fund and is active across various automotive industry boards, along with numerous charities and organizations.

Mr. Shader is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder. He currently resides in Denver, CO.
